Sarah Wiley is a healthcare operations executive with 11 years’ experience in physician group practice management, hospital-based physician services delivery, and healthcare business development. Sarah currently leads operations for Sound Physicians as Group Vice President in the Midwest region, managing the delivery of inpatient services, and developing and leading client relationship management across multiple physician specialties.

Prior to joining Sound, she held leadership roles at several acute and post-acute organizations including HCA Healthcare, where she managed joint venture relationships with provider groups for inpatient specialties.

Sarah earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration from The University of Memphis and a BS from East Tennessee State University. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, the preeminent professional organization focused on advancing leaders and the field of healthcare management excellence.
