Huw leads the Insurance technology division at WNS Global Services, one of the world's largest BPO organizations with approximately 60,000 employees globally. Insurance is a significant sector for WNS, constituting nearly 25% of its business. Huw manages technology services for 72 insurance clients, including notable projects like the creation of Convex Insurance and the service transfer for McGill and Partners. He also oversees technology initiatives for clients such as Apollo, focusing on the London Market sector. A mentor at The Lloyd’s Lab, Huw transitioned from banking and financial services into insurance over 20 years ago, advancing to technology leadership through various projects and transformations. His teams have received numerous awards in transformation and change management. Outside of work, Huw is actively involved in volunteering, running a large youth football club, coaching pan-disability football, and is learning the guitar.
